Palastinian Land grab continues

On march 18, Arabs from Yata, entered area declared closed military zone, on The Talliah farm, with flocks of sheep and goats, destroying growing grain and fodder crops. This is a violation, already, however, the Arabs further encroached, driving their sheep and goats into land legally apportioned to Talliah and closed to other's flocks and right up to the fenced habitation area of the Talliah Farm.

Wishing to avoid a confrontation, Yaakov Talliah called the Police and Army. The police did not even bother to show up. This sends the message that Lawlessness will be tolerated if it is by Arabs against Jewish settlers.

The army sent a patrol, who just observed the situation, only telling the trespassers to leave when the threatened the actual houses of the farm.

Yaakov Talliah and Jochanan Shareth's Farms have been repeatedly burgled and vandalized by local Arabs, making this current situation different because of the political climate of appeasement, which can only lead to more bloodshed.
